Either this place is racist, or just selective with who they want to give good service to for whatever reason they have. My husband has been here three times and their treatment to him has always been the same; rude and condescending. My husband came to get our car looked at which was towed to their place due to some transmission issues. Since the first call he made to them, the person he talked to was rude and condescending despite my husband talking to them politely. Did not inform of the diagnostic charges beforehand, quoted $1064 just for a transmission cable change for a simple 2018 Mitsubishi small sedan car. We called other places and got quoted way lesser (300+ to 700+ inclusive of diagnostic charges). We were told to pay $169 to get our car released for the diagnostic charges. When we tried to apply the coupon found on their website for $25 off of $150+ bill, they refused to honor the coupon and did not give any proper explanation. During the last time when my husband did an oil change with them and tried to apply the coupon on their website, they also did not give the free checks and price as per the booking made online with the coupon that was applied to the booking. L

Completely over tightened my drain plug and oil filter and had to get a nut extractor just to remove the plug. When I called to explain, they offered 0 solutions except “take it to your closest store and see what they say” and hung up on me. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

The staff is A plus and get on things quickly. I had recently had both of our cars’ oil changed and they did it quickly and for a very fair price! So then I bought my tires from them!

Very disappointed. I took my truck in to have just the spark plugs and possibly the coils replaced. I said “no diagnosis.” I said that multiple times. Several days later they had not only not changed my spark plugs or my coils but had instead done hours of diagnosis and crawled all over and under my vehicle telling me they recommended replacing my plugs, coils, oil gasket covers, some sensor, and a myriad of other things-all of which I had specifically said not to do. Then they expected to be paid for their diagnosis which you can check the camera and see I said nothing by of the sort. I will never take my truck here again and absolutely advise any of you thinking about auto service to never do business with these people. In Texas it would be a felony to drive off without paying them, but it’s also an express verbal contract that is verifying able on camera. They estimates 3 hours of labor at $159/hr for JUST the spark plugs. Interesting: with a $15 magnetic spark plug tool and a socket wrench, and an 8mm driver I had no trouble changing both in 41 min. And I’ve never changed spark plugs before. These guys scammed me and I want to call the manager and get my $159 aka $173.85 on Feb
